1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Bliss Blessings Hotels (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations made through our website are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with a reservation reference number.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided during the booking process.
• Room rates are per room per night unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings remain at the agreed rate.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM unless otherwise communicated. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may result in a charge equivalent to the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

5. Payment

Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay.
• Guests must comply with all hotel policies and local laws.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay for disruptive behaviour.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bliss Blessings Hotels shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings unless caused by our negligence. We recommend guests use in-room safes for valuables.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Bliss Blessings Hotels and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
